My husband and I are extremely greatful to the Clemons team for helping us find such a great home! We were moving down to cabot for a new job and I just knew the house we got would need to be one we felt was perfet as a long term home. My wife had a few listing ideas she passed along, but the house we ended up buying was actually one they picked out for us to look at. They maintained constant availability throughout the entire process from the searching phase, all the way to even post signing for the purchase. We are both extremely happy with the experience they provided for us and believe anyone else would also find their time working for the Clemons well worth it!

Steve and Sherrie were amazing to work with and they made the whole experience easy. As first time home buyers, they took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. They got us in touch with everyone we needed for the process and handled all of the discussions with the seller. What an amazing realtor team the Clemons. From day one they have been by our side with buying a house hooked us up with a good lender and supported us the entire journey. These people aren't there to just sell a home they're there to go through thick and thin with you until you find the right fit for you and your family. Buying a home can be mentally exhausting but the Clemons was able to comfort us through every step and guide us in every direction. Sherry and Steve were both incredible to work with, and we couldn’t have gotten a luckier match for real estate agents! They were quick with communication and were on top of it when it came to scheduling tours of houses. They showed up to every tour with a print out of information on the house, and walked and talked us through everything we looked at. Being a first time home buyer, I appreciated their transparency and honesty about the houses and the home buying process. I felt immediately comfortable working with them, knowing they truly had our best interest at heart. When we found a house we loved, they helped us get in our offer as soon as we got home. Sherry called us and walked us through the document line by line so we knew exactly what we were signing and why. Steve met us and the inspector and answered all the questions we had and even gave us information we wouldn’t have known to ask. Throughout the process, they stayed in touch with us and always got back to us when we needed it. Working with the two of them has been a blessing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better duo. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough! Thank you!

Sherrie and Steve Clemons are absolutely phenomenal real estate agents! They were super helpful throughout the entire home buying process. I asked to look at a few different houses before settling on one, and they were super proactive and were able to get me a showing at each location very quickly. Then, at each step of the buying process (the initial offer, post inspection requests, etc), they thoroughly and clearly laid out my options as the buyer and made great recommendations. They were able to refer a good lender and title company to work with as well. And after my closing, they have continued to follow up with vendors who are performing post-closing work on my home. They even paid for a deep clean on my home as a thank you to me! Can’t say enough great things about the Clemons team! They are great and I would highly recommend!

The Clemons looked at countless houses with me until I found the perfect fit, so I could have everything on my checklist.
